About Connie Batten, CRS

I am a Top Producer with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, 2019 President Elite Award winner, Certified Relocation Specialists, bread baking champion, avid reader, beach lover, and former owner of an iguana and a monkey. I love real estate. It is in my blood. My father had his own real estate firm in New Jersey for years and I grew up with an extended family in either real estate or neighborhood development.

With over twenty years of proven success, I have the knowledge, expertise, determination, and persistence to assist you with any of your real estate goals. My motto and business plan are pretty familiar and quite simple – “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” I know a major part of my success comes from getting to know my clients and putting them first. Real estate gives me the opportunity to meet and work with people from all walks of life. Everyone’s situation is unique and I love the challenge of their individual circumstances and the joy of watching them achieve their dreams.

I grew up in New Jersey. I graduated from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA with a degree in Psychology. I moved to Raleigh in 1986 with my husband Mark. We have two wonderful sons named Bryan and Tyler. They are both married and we have four grandchildren – Charlotte, Finn, Wiley, and Banks.
